These terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy a fine-art print through this website. Photography bookings for events and food are agreed separately for each job.
Every print is made to order on fine-art paper (Hahnemühle Fine Art, 210gsm) in the size you choose. Colours can look slightly different on paper than on your screen.
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). VAT is not added, because the business is not registered for VAT. Delivery is included in the price, so the price you see is the total you pay.
You can pay by card and the other methods offered at Stripe's checkout, or with PayPal. Your order is confirmed once the payment has gone through. I never see or store your full card details.
Prints are produced by my print partner in Sweden and shipped from the printer directly to the address you give at checkout. Delivery is included in the price. I deliver to addresses in Sweden only.
Each print is produced after you order. It usually arrives within 3–6 working days: the print is normally made and shipped within 1–2 working days of reaching the printer, and delivery then usually takes another 1–2 working days. It can take longer during holiday periods. If you need a print by a certain date, ask me before ordering. In every case, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after your order.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you have named, receive the print.
How to withdraw. Tell me clearly that you want to withdraw before the 14 days are over. You can use the withdrawal form on this page, send an email to contact@magdalenaleszczynska.photography, or use the model withdrawal form below. Sending your message before the period ends is enough.
Sending the print back. Send the print back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told me you are withdrawing, to the address above. You pay the cost of return shipping. Please pack the print well; I recommend a tracked service.
Your refund. I refund the full amount you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your withdrawal. I may wait with the refund until the print has arrived back or you have shown that you have sent it. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
Condition of the print. You may handle the print as you would in a shop, to see what it is like. If it has been handled more than that and has lost value as a result, I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
If your print arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email me with your order details and a photo as soon as you can. I will send a replacement or refund you, and you will not pay for return shipping or for the new delivery.
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act you can complain about a fault that existed at delivery for up to three years. You should complain within a reasonable time after noticing the fault; a complaint made within two months is always in time.
All photographs are © Magdalena Leszczyńska. Buying a print makes you the owner of that print. It does not give you the right to copy, publish or resell the image in other forms.
Please contact me first, and I will do my best to put things right. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. Its review is free of charge for consumers. Swedish law applies to these terms.
